The AC remote actually worked. I've had my share of hotels where temp settings don't change inspite of controls - since the hotel has them all at a single spec. Rooms were clean and accessories were sufficient. In-room dining was quick and quantities more than sufficient for 2 adults.the front desk was courteous and helpful.

Friendly and helpful staff; Front desk officer: Parkavi, Sonali, Sangeetha, Uttam , Rajkumar, Gautam.

Overall service Abc behaviour of the staff was very good.

Amazing staff especially Wesley, Kanhu and Sountharya. Very friendly and professional. Excellent indian and continental breakfast.
